Dispatch Times
Our dispatch times are estimates, and while we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, there may be occasions when deliveries take longer than expected. Please bear in mind that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
To qualify for Next Working Day Delivery, please ensure that your order is placed before the cut-off time of 3pm GMT from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the 3pm cut-off will be shipped on the following working day.
Orders placed after 8pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
During busier periods, such as sales, it may take up to five working days for your order to be dispatched. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Delivery Times
